Questions
Common questions before we scoop.
Short answer: it creates doggone challenges for clients, techs, and routes.
Every other week service can lead to heavy buildup, especially when winter weather causes skipped or delayed visits. It also makes routes harder to keep smooth and reliable. Weekly service keeps yards more manageable at a similar monthly rhythm, and twice-weekly service is available for busier yards.
Safety is our top dog priority.
We ask for dog safety notes during sign-up, follow your yard instructions, secure gates after service, and send closed gate photos. Your dog stays in their happy place while we clean the yard.
Only if your dog is a potential drama queen.
We love dogs, but we also need to keep staff safe. If your dog may bite, nip, guard the yard, or bite at tools, we will ask you to keep them inside or separated while we work. If no one is available and the yard is unsafe, we may skip that visit and catch up next time.
Pawsitively. Sunday Scoopers is an all-season poop scoop service.
Winter weather can cause short delays, but we usually catch up quickly. If snow remains in the yard, we clean visible areas like decks, patios, and melted spots so waste does not continue to pile up. If a major snowfall causes a missed cleanup, we will handle the extra waste on the next scheduled visit.
Not recommended.
While your dog might see themselves as a backyard gardener, dog waste is not the fertilizer your yard is hoping for. It is better removed and disposed of properly.
It can. The first cleanup depends on how long it has been since the yard was thoroughly cleaned, how many dogs use the yard, and the amount of waste present.
We confirm the service terms before work starts, so there are no surprises.
