Service overview
Sunday Scoopers provides dog waste removal services for residential properties, commercial properties, and dog waste stations. Service may include yard scooping, waste removal, waste station checks, bag restocking, and related maintenance as agreed in writing.
No contracts
Sunday Scoopers does not require long-term contracts for standard recurring service. Service begins after pricing, service terms, access instructions, and schedule are confirmed. Either party may pause or cancel service, subject to any unpaid balances or completed work.
Quotes and initial cleanup
Online requests are estimates until Sunday Scoopers confirms the service area, yard condition, number of dogs, access, frequency, and scope. Heavily accumulated yards, inaccessible areas, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate intake details may require revised pricing before work begins.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service address, dog count, safety information, gate location, access instructions, and any hazards that could affect service. Yards must be reasonably accessible on service days.
Dogs and safety
Customers must disclose dogs that may bite, nip, guard the yard, bite tools, or otherwise create unsafe conditions. Sunday Scoopers may require dogs to be indoors, separated, or introduced by appointment before service. Service may be skipped or rescheduled if conditions appear unsafe.
Access, gates, and locked yards
Customers must provide reliable yard access. If a gate is locked, blocked, frozen, damaged, or inaccessible, the visit may be skipped and may still be billable depending on the confirmed service terms. Sunday Scoopers sends closed gate photos when service is completed.
Weather and property conditions
Severe weather, lightning, snow, ice, flooding, poor visibility, unsafe temperatures, or other hazardous conditions may delay, reschedule, or limit service. Sunday Scoopers will make reasonable efforts to complete service safely.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed before service begins. This static website does not collect credit card details. Payment setup may be handled through a secure customer portal or another approved payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunday Scoopers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility where prohibited by law.
Changes to terms
Sunday Scoopers may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply when posted or otherwise communicated, unless a different effective date is stated.
